Community Falls Exercise Programme (Surrey Only)
If you have balance problems, have had a fall, have a fear of falling or osteoporosis then this programme may be of benefit.
You need to be referred on to the programme by your GP or Practice Nurse. You will have an initial consultation and further assessments throughout the programme.
We offer a wide range of classes suitable for all levels of ability, which include Chair Based Exercise, Postural Stability classes, Tai- Chi etc. These are all aimed at improving balance, strength, fitness, and flexibility. Transport is provided to some classes.
